The Space
Perched on the corner of the top floor, this lakeside retreat features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a captain's loft, and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The newly remodeled condo boasts top-of-the-line furnishings, decor, and amenities, ensuring a stay that is both luxurious and relaxing.
Upon arrival, enjoy the convenience of a reserved parking spot directly in front of the unit. A short flight of steps leads you to the open floor plan of the top-floor unit. The fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, featuring four stools, seamlessly connects to the spacious living area. Here, a large sectional couch invites you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Vaulted ceilings, a cozy electric fireplace, and a large-screen TV create an inviting atmosphere for gatherings.
Step through the sliding doors onto your private balcony, where you can savor one of the best views of the lake, especially at sunset. The master bedroom, with its wall-to-wall windows, offers a pillow-top queen bed and access to the balcony. Enjoy a private full bath and an oversized walk-in closet. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and a full-size sliding closet, adjacent to the second full bath.
The loft area, accessible by a captain's ladder, provides a fun and semi-private space for kids and teens. Equipped with its own TV/entertainment center and two queen-size beds, it’s perfect for lounging, reading, playing video games, or watching a movie from the extensive library of VHS tapes and DVDs.

Other Things to Note
- Loft Access: The loft is accessible by a captain's ladder and is ideal for teenagers and young adults. It does not contain a window or closet and has a sloped ceiling.
- Grill: Enjoy the large gas grill on the deck for outdoor cooking.

At our lakeside retreat, we embrace the joy pets bring to family vacations. As proud owners of a Golden Labrador named Lucky and with six more dogs among our extended family, we intimately understand the desire to include furry companions in your lake adventures.
We warmly welcome our guests to bring their pets, recognizing them as cherished family members. To maintain a harmonious environment for all residents and visitors, we adhere to the HOA guideline of one pet per condo unit.
To ensure a pristine experience for all guests, we implement a modest one-time pet fee of $49 per stay. This covers additional cleaning and maintenance to keep our accommodations in top condition.

Beautiful views, very clean, close to golf, hikes, and other activities, the place has character and charm making it a wonderful place to be when you think about going to the lake. Also liked how there was dock/boat/water activity options as well though we didn’t do any of those during our stay since it was off season.
10/10 would stay again and/or recommended

We had a great stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The kids loved the cute loft area. I never had to reach out for help since all of the directions and information shared was very thorough and covered everything! The condo was clean, everything worked, and had everything we needed. The condo is right on the water with a dock right below. It looked just like the photos posted. We can’t wait to go back this summer!

We had an amazing stay. Our kids enjoyed the loft bedroom and the disco ball. Beautiful view from the deck and just a few flights of steps to the dock for fishing. Highly recommend and will stay again

Beautiful view, even in the winter!! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and more! They’ve really thought of everything you might need. The host was responsive and helpful.

The property was clean, just as described (better). The owner communicated well from reservation through checkout. We had a question regarding the thermostat and he fixed it remotely right away. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were excellent .We grew up enjoying the Lake of the Ozarks. This property and the many activities was a great reminder of this fun oasis in our back yard. I highly recommend this property. I look forward to staying again. The proximity to the dock/lake is as good as one could ask for. Great experience. I highly recommend WOW, Kurt’s property!!

Amazing views! Quiet, peaceful location. The condo was perfect. We saw turtles, shad, and drums each day while walking along the water and deer each evening. Kurt consistently sent updates, things to know, and checked in to be sure everything was going well. We can’t wait to come back! This is one of our favorite lakes to fish and places to relax.

Kurt’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a very convenient location. The couches and beds are super comfortable. The view of the lake is stunning. He’s very communicative about the place and everything we would want to know about it. He was quick to respond when I had a question and wanted to extend my stay. We felt really at home and would definitely return.

Worth every penny. The home is exactly what was pictured, with nearly every amenity we could ask for, and the property is stunningly beautiful. The sunsets on the back deck, overlooking the picturesque lake, were one of the highlights of the whole trip. Kurt was very helpful in his instructions and was absolutely available to answer any questions. 10/10 would come back and recommend!
