The Space

We warmly welcome our guests to bring their pets, recognizing them as cherished family members. To maintain a harmonious environment for all residents and visitors, we adhere to the HOA guideline of one pet per condo unit.
To ensure a pristine experience for all guests, we implement a modest one-time pet fee of $49 per stay. This covers additional cleaning and maintenance to keep our accommodations in top condition.

You'll find all the conveniences you need nearby, including Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, and movie theaters, all within a 4-minute drive. The complex features multiple pools, a clubhouse, and a multi-sports court. One reserved parking spot is located directly in front of the steps leading to your unit, with additional open parking spaces within 10 yards.
A picturesque boardwalk runs from Building 1 to Building 6, offering a delightful stroll along the water's edge.

We enjoyed our stay at Kurt’s. The place was beautifully decorated & spotless. It looked like the photos. It was very peaceful right on the lake. We had a minor issue with check-in which was totally on our end but Kurt was very quick to respond & we got in within minutes.

We had an amazing stay for our couple getaway!!! The home was clean , and the decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the lake, and also the location since we weren't far from restaurants and attractions.

Nicely updated and cozy 1 br plus bunk room! All with comfy beds. The fireplace is really lovely and the balcony has a nice view of a wide cove that’s close to stores etc.

My stay was very enjoyable, Kurt was very commutative and his place has everything you need, all the essentials. Condo has a beautiful view and it's very clean, would definitely stay at Kurt's place again.

Love Indian Pointe! Great stay while in town for work w/ 10/10 accommodations. I’ve stayed in a few units at Indian Pointe and the attention to detail and quality of the condo is superb! Highly recommend. Private end unit.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the master bedroom was super comfortable. We enjoyed the view in the evening. Great place for a few days away from home, very peaceful. The 2 flights of stairs down to the unit were slightly difficult as I have a knee replacement.
And I would have liked if the area was walkable. The pool is very close and not crowded. Short drive to shopping, caverns, Bagnell Dam, boat rentals and some wonderful restaurants.
Nice place to stay, would have taken advantage of the offered boat rental and kayak rentals if we had a larger group.

It’s the perfect get away spot. The condo was warm and felt like home. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating on the deck every evening overlooking the water. . Kurt was very kind and communicative while we were in Osage!
